1. Visa Requirements:

  • Valid national passport with Previous passport/s.

3. Fees:-

  • Applicants shall pay a visa fee of EUR 80.

Common Essential Documents For Tourist Visa:

1. Passport:

  • You must submit a passport or other travel document issued within the last 10 years. This must have at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least another 3 months after the date you intend to leave the Schengen area.
  • Previous passport/s : If any, bound together with rubber band, not stapled.

2. Visa Application form:

  • One duly filled in visa application form with all columns filled. You must submit a completed and signed visa application form. Each person travelling with you on your travel document must submit their own visa form. Forms for children under the age of 18 need to be signed by a parent or guardian.

3. Photographs:

  • Two latest passport size photographs (35 x 40 mm) with white / light background, 70-80% face coverage, photographs taken with a digital camera should be high quality colour and printed on photo quality paper. The Govt is very strict on the photograph requirement; please ensure that your photos are as per the specifications. Photograph shouldn't have any stapler or pin marks that may disfigure the face or background of the photo. Moreover, the photo should be pasted in the specified space.

4. Covering letter:

  • Personal covering letter explaining the purpose of your visit, Application should be enclosed with a covering letter signed by the applicant.

5. Bank Statement:

  • Personal bank statements of the past 3 months with sufficient funds.

6. Flight tickets:

  • Flight reservation of return ticket. If travelling to several Schengen states, proof of intra- Schengen flight reservation, train itinerary or car rental. Flight reservation with names of all travelers.

7. Accommodation:

  • Proof of accommodation for your entire stay.

8. Itinerary:

  • A plan of a journey, including the route and the places that you will visit. The applicant’s description of their trip, the purpose of travelling, the time frame and all the personal date written down in a letter.

1. Marriage certificate:

  • Marriage certificate.

2. Birth certificate:

  • Birth certificate of children.

3. Aadhaar Card:

  • Aadhar card.

4. Pan Card:

  • Pan card.

5. PPF Statement:

  • Public Provident Fund(PPF) Statement.

6. NPS Statement:

  • National Pension System(NPS) Statement).

7. Family record book:

  • Family record book or ration card.

1. Income Tax Returns:

  • Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 3 years.

2. Leave sanctioned certificate( If Employed ):

  • Leave sanctioned certificate.

3. Salary slip( If Employed ):

  • Payslips of the past three months.

4. Employment contract( If Employed ):

  • Employment contract.

5. No objection letter( If Employed ):

  • No objection letter from your employer.

6. Payslips:

  • Payslips of the past three months.

1. Income Tax Returns:

  • Business Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 3 years.

2. Business Registration Proof :

  • Firm's registration / MOA / Partnership deed / business licence.

3. Bank Statement:

  • Business’s updated bank statement of last 6 months.

4. GST Registration

  • GST Registration with annex A & B.

Additional Essential & Supporting Documents For Students:

1. Student ID Card:

  • School / College / Institute / University ID Card.

2. Latest Marksheet:

  • Latest marksheet.

3. Sponsorship Letter:

  • Sponsorship Letter.

4. School attendance certificate:

  • School attendance certificate.

5. No-objection certificate:

  • No-objection certificate of school or university.

1. Income Tax Returns:

  • Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 3 years.

2. Proof of pension:

  • Proof of pension and Bank Statement.

 

Additional Essential & Supporting Documents For Minors:

1. Birth Certificate:

  • Birth certificate.

2. No Objection Certificate:

  • No Objection Certificate from the parents.
  • Children under 18 years old, not travelling with both parents : written consent letter of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian, certified by public notary.

3.  ID proof of parent:

  • Copy of the parent’s passports data page and ID proof of parents like Pan card, Aadhar card, Passport.

1. Kisan Credit Card

  • Kisan credit card.

  • Income proof like crops selling bills.
